I have mixed emotionas about this one. Several pages in, I knew it wasn’t what I was looking for. The writing, pacing, characters – all fine, just not what I wanted. I considered DNFing, but I rarely ever do that, and the plot was interesting enough that I felt I’d be haunted by wondering what happened if I didn’t stick with it, so I did. Not recommended for those looking who just want to be entertained. This book was lovely and charming and all good things. From the characters to the dialogue, I found the entire thing delightful. Recommended for fans of YA who enjoy wit and happiness. Not recommended if you’re looking for sci-fi or something completely unpredictable.
